The Blizzard Blueprint coaching program provides customized blueprints for busy women to attain an active lifestyle in spite of their many responsibilities so that they feel healthier and have more energy!

14 Individual Virtual Meetings
After the initial meeting, we will have 12 weekly meetings, concluding with an additional final meeting.
Active Lifestyle Blueprint
In our meetings, we will develop your personalized blueprint for movement habits you enjoy and that can easily be integrated into your busy schedule.

7 Individual Virtual Meetings
After completing the Active Lifestyle Program, you will have 6 monthly meetings, concluding with an additional final meeting.
These meetings provide additional support so that you can maintain momentum as you continue to solidify / expand / maintain your healthy movement habits.

What’s included in this one 45-minute session?
online questionnaire -- You'll complete a brief (15 mins) online questionnaire that provides a picture of your unique situation, challenges, and goals. [This is NOT a fitness assessment that asks for any bio data.]
45-minute virtual meeting
1st Steps Blueprint -- During our meeting, we'll go over this blueprint tailored specifically to you:
one SOAR report that reveals your strengths, opportunities, aspirations, and possible results
2 highly effective movement habits you can implement right away, and
a pdf habit tracker.
By the end of our time together, you’ll have already begun taking your 1st Steps toward that active lifestyle you dream of!

I do NOT:
prescribe any particular reps, sets, or activities, exercises, or "hacks."
adhere to the "no pain, no gain" mantra.
believe that beautiful or healthy bodies only come in one shape or size.
Instead, we WILL:
find activities that get you moving, ones that you actually enjoy and that fit into your day without taking time away from work or family.
focus on consistent effort, building slowly, and finding joy in moving without (or with fewer) aches and pains.
Each meeting in the Active Lifestyle and Momentum programs is 50 minutes, once per week.
The 1st Steps Session is 45 minutes one time.
I like to encourage clients to take our calls outside (with or without video) so that we can get out into the fresh air. Whenever possible, it's great to take this time for a leisurely walk-and-talk.
Otherwise, we will use video conferencing indoors to discuss progress and next steps.
A payment plan is available for the Active Lifestyle Program. (The Momentum Program and the 1st Steps Session must be paid in full.)
There are two ways to pay for the Active Lifestyle Program:
PAY IN FULL: You can pay in full at the time of purchase.
PAYMENTS: You can make a one-time payment of (at least) 50% of the full program price at the time of purchase and then pay the remainder in 3 installments. -- Please note that this option requires a 10% service fee.
